Complete vehicle road durability test is the most important way to verify vehicles’ reliability and durability. Based on nearly 20 decades professional experience in road test, to improve vehicle quality and optimize market feedback as purpose, ZC does the best to carry out road test projects according to the specifications and requirements from clients.
To ensure car’s safety, each test vehicle is equipped with GPS, road recording instrument etc. Remote monitor and management keep feedback at first time. Case 1
- As a mid-sized SUV, Porsche Macan has been enjoying a boom of sales volume since coming to market. Along with the R&D department of Porsche, we conduct road tests of Macan all around China.
- The road test of Macan mainly detects such aspects as dynamic performance, drive performance, navigation accuracy, fuel consumption. Our road test team passed lots of cities across China during the two-year event. Accordingly, we gave our specialized suggestions on the powertrain, navigation, interior, fuel consumption, driving experience, etc.
- Successful cooperation has proved ZC a good partner. According to our suggestions, Porsche made adjustments on Macan to suit the Chinese market, and gained great responses from Chinese consumers.
Case 2
- As a Volkswagen sub-brand, the Spanish vehicle brand SEAT has been popular in Europe，aiming for entering Chinese market and to make the SEAT model LEON and CUPRA suit Chinese customers better, SEAT commissioned ZC to complete the China road test and give reasonable proposal from the view of Chinese consumers.
- The cooperation contains the tests of exterior, vehicle electronics, dynamic performance, and the vehicle reaction to terrible road conditions. The test of limited time and intensity started from Shanghai and traveled a long distance across China, north to grassland, south to seaboard, which has been a great test to our engineers.
- During and after the road test, our road test engineers continuously gave their opinions and evaluation on the car‘s real performance such as appearance and interior design, driving performance based on self rich experience as the quick feedback for SEAT.
- Accordingly, SEAT made some adjustments and improvement for SEAT brand and laid a good foundation for LEON and CUPRA’s in Chinese market.
Case 3
- Due to less experience in China vehicle test, Bertrandt chose ZC as partner to carry out the test of driver assistance system.
- The route covered expressway, highway and city road all over the country. Besides the daily driving, test drivers also prepared for the devices, malfunction clearing, data copy and so on. Engineers did the job of route planning for every stage, daily report, project schedule control, device debugging and repairing; periodically made the vehicle maintenance and adjustment of the car assistant system.
- In the period of test, our engineers completed comprehensive work of vehicle face-lifting, radar testing, devices installing and specialized collection and analysis of data. A lot of precious experience was accumulated and successful completion of this project brought us great passion and confidence, recognition and affirmation from our German counterpart, who is known of accuracy and strict country.
